9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
After 5pm and on weekends, in person, one hour before showtime

#1 Tip for purchasing tickets online:
Make sure you are logged in to your account! Unfortunately our ticketing program does not allow patrons to purchase tickets without an account. If you have an account, but are having trouble logging in, request a password re-set E-mail. If you do not have an account, you will have to make one. If you have any trouble at all, please give us a call and we can try and assist you.

At Firehall, we believe in making performances accessible to a wide range of audience. That means you get to decide which amount you’d like to pay for our tickets.

Ticket prices include $3 service fee, $1 endowment fund and all applicable taxes.

SPECIAL PERFORMANCES

Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC):

Some Tuesday 7:30pm performances and Wednesday 1:00pm matinees are PWYC Pay-What-You-Can performances.

Tickets are available at the door ONLY, starting one hour before the performance.
PWYC tickets are subject to availability. Advanced tickets for PWYC performances are full price.

Ticket Info

All tickets are nonrefundable.

Exchanges are possible provided that it is at least 24 hours prior to performance, the applicable fee(s) are paid at the time of exchange, and the tickets are moved to another performance of the original production. Ticket exchanges carry a fee of $3 per ticket.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.

Though extremely rare, should a performance be cancelled, the Box Office will contact you via email and phone.  Pending inclement weather does not necessarily result in performance cancellations; however, patron’s may inquire with the Box Office 604.689.0926.  Ticket exchange policy noted above will apply to patron initiated exchanges.

Group Bookings

With consideration of our tiered pricing system, the Firehall no longer has a specific group rate. We simply recommend groups pay the lowest tier of our pricing system, $20.

For school groups we do offer a complimentary ticket for chaperons, (1 per 10 students). Nearly all shows have Wednesday matinees, which are an excellent chance to see a performance.
